This is a six-week course, presenting introductory to intermediate wine information, including the intricacies of tasting wine, wine service, restaurant issues, wine and food pairing, terroir, grape growing, and winemaking.

Vintage I – Viticulture & Enology
This is an 11 week advanced-level course. This course covers the basics of viticulture and enology with an in-depth look at the well-known or “classic” grape varieties one typically encounters in tasting quality wines in all parts of the world.
